Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end application packaging programs for global enterprise clients, including scoping, planning, tool selection, delivery governance, and quality assurance.
  • •Own delivery accountability for India packaging team SLA performance, quality metrics, and client satisfaction across managed accounts.
  • •Define and govern the packaging factory operating model, including intake SLAs, complexity tiering, quality gates, peer review, and escalation paths.
  • •Architect the enterprise packaging platform (toolchain selection, packaging environment design, repository strategy, and deployment pipeline integration) and define packaging standards library.
  • •Lead packaging team leadership and capability building across Grade 6–9, including competency frameworks, performance reviews, onboarding, and certification upskilling.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead enterprise application packaging across MSI, MSIX, App-V, and .intunewin formats for complex scenarios.
  • •Design and govern a packaging platform architecture including toolchain selection, repository strategy, CI/CD integration, and quality gate governance.
  • •Expert-level AdminStudio/Flexera skills (AAC, repackager, editor, tuner, database modules) and WiX Toolset with MSIX/PSF authoring and migration frameworks.
  • •Advanced Intune + SCCM deployment engineering, including application models and Graph API automation for bulk deployment management.
  • •Strong delivery governance experience covering SLA management, packaging factory operations, client reporting, and team performance management.
