Key Responsibilities

  • •Support safety and environmental rules and procedures as a safety leader.
  • •Manage EDI communications by maintaining the EDI SharePoint site, supporting a content calendar, and developing engagement plans.
  • •Coordinate with employee-led EDI committees and inclusion networks to advance their objectives and amplify impact across the organization.
  • •Plan and support EDI engagement activities, including internal training sessions, days of significance events, and employee recognition programs.
  • •Conduct research and develop reports to guide equity, diversity, inclusion, and engagement strategy, and share progress learnings across the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Arts, Sciences, or Business Administration.
  • •Enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution for the full co-op term and planning to return for at least one academic term.
  • •Ability to prioritize under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality with professionalism.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate complex ideas to multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Experience with project management and coordination, including planning and executing events.
