Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage LEAN topics across the distribution center.
  • •Function as a change agent by challenging current ways of working and promoting continuous improvement.
  • •Regularly conduct internal Lean audits to monitor progress and ensure optimal use of the Labor Management (LM) tool for labor planning and performance management.
  • •Maintain the LM tool through process analyses and time studies, and provide continuous support to IT teams to ensure LM meets business requirements.
  • •Provide training, coaching, and mentoring in LEAN concepts, and lead improvement project execution in collaboration with DC process owners and industrial engineering.

Key Requirements
