  • •Manage all aspects of consultant contracts, including approvals for payments, amendments, schedule extensions, and contract closeout.
  • •Manage the design development process and deliverables to move projects from design into bid and construction.
  • •Provide technical assistance and recommendations to owners and client representatives, including reviewing design documents for conformance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Power Apps).
  • •Experience using AutoCAD and Rhino/Grasshopper (or scripting) to develop technical 2D drawings and 3D studies.
