Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform manual machine set-ups by positioning and aligning tooling using CNC programming language (G codes).
  • •Maintain tolerances by monitoring operations and making machine offset adjustments, cutter changes, and self-inspection (OSV).
  • •Document actions for quality logs, communicate machining discrepancies to supervision, and create Product Defect Sheets (PDS) as required.
  • •Perform work from set-up sheets, manufacturing sheets, and drawings.
  • •Support continuous improvement, 5S activities, Standard Work development, and multi-task/operate other machines within the cell.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of current Mill Turn machining experience.

  • •Must be eligible to work in Canada and meet ITAR and CCGP requirements.
