Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate a water tanker truck to transport water for job sites and control dust by spraying roadways/streets.
  • •Fill the truck from approved supply sources and use a sprinkling attachment when applicable to settle dust and saturate base for compaction.
  • •Conduct pre- and post-inspections of the truck in line with DOT regulations, company guidelines, and manufacturer specifications; report equipment issues to a supervisor immediately.
  • •Assist with loading and unloading materials onto/from trucks and trailers and support construction tasks when not operating the water truck.
  • •Operate heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, skid steers) to excavate, move earth, grade/level land, dig trenches/holes, and backfill/compact soil.

Key Requirements

  • •Class A CDL with Tanker, Air brake, and Manual Transmission endorsements required.
  • •Knowledge of DOT regulations and ability to complete pre- and post-inspections per DOT, company guidelines, and manufacturer specifications.
  • •Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
  • •Follow oral and written instructions and maintain strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures.
