Key Responsibilities

•Launch & Build Ventures: spearhead strategic ventures from scratch, transforming raw concepts into functioning, scalable revenue streams.
•Execute CEO Missions: drive execution of high-priority missions with leadership using rapid testing and data-based decisions.
•Own Strategic Partnerships: serve as primary contact for major advertisers, managing expectations and ensuring delivery.
•Scale Operational Frameworks: develop whitepapers and scaling methodologies to improve internal processes with R&D leads.
•Lead Cross-Functional Sprints: coordinate workshops and execution across departments to deliver initiatives on time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 75,000 - 100,000 annually

•Strong data fluency and analytical rigor to analyze market trends and inform strategic decisions.

•Proficiency in Innovation Methodology (Design Thinking, Lean Startup) to solve ambiguous business challenges in AdTech.
