Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Production Manager and vendors to prepare the site each day for required work.
  • •Ensure staff have the equipment and supplies needed to complete tasks.
  • •Coordinate vendor logistics including equipment rentals/returns, purchasing, scheduling, and local labor allocations.
  • •Coordinate onsite deliveries and distribution around the work site.
  • •Lead daily health & safety meetings, follow safety procedures for incidents, implement and update the Emergency Action Plan, and support adverse weather safety plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 400 daily

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using Google Drive and Google suite apps including Sheets, Word, and Google Meetings.
  • •Experience managing large outdoor festivals or outdoor experiential events, such as illumination trails.
  • •At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
  • •Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors for the standard 10 hour workday.
  • •Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally, with strong communication, leadership, and team-oriented skills.
