Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a professional, approachable point of contact and provide excellent customer service to visitors.
  • •Maintain scheduling/appointments for the direct supervisor, including daily reminders and monitoring critical meetings.
  • •Confidentially distribute, record, file, and organize correspondence, calls, and queries to ensure traceability.
  • •Ensure documents are distributed to the right personnel in a timely manner and properly screened/organized in signature files.
  • •Prepare reports, memos, or presentations as requested and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant administration experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of office administration and delegation of authority and responsibility.
  • •Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
  • •High proficiency with office applications (MS Excel, Word) and ability to gather and monitor information.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills preferred/required for success.
