Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer care for daily transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution per bank policies.
•Keep customer business confidential and follow the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
•Perform bank operations/transactions including cash withdrawal, check signing approvals, transaction approvals, night deposits, dual key process, and balancing.
•Maintain knowledge of bank policies and financial center procedures; demonstrate sound judgment within established guidelines.
•As Lead, monitor CSR operations, act as office resource, delegate issues to the Customer Services Manager, and support training/development of new and existing CSRs.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED.
•Minimum of 3 years of CSR experience with in-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
•Advanced math skills to support transaction and balancing activities.
•Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public and communicate professionally (written or verbal).
•Ability to establish self as a leader, take initiative, and use sound judgment for decision-making and problem resolution.
