Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare project plans and coordinate attainment of deliverables from planning to implementation.
  • •Maintain process-improvement matrices to support continuous improvement.
  • •Drive project deliverables and task details using reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
  • •Align internal resources within the business unit to achieve on-time and within-budget objectives.
  • •Monitor and report project cost performance to the business unit and help address project obstacles.
