Job Summary

Lead end-to-end QA for ACI Money Transfer System (MTS) implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Own the QA strategy, test approach, test plans, and execution governance, validating payment message formats and flows across SWIFT (MT/MX), ISO 20022, and related standards. Drive functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing, manage defect triage and reporting, and coordinate test environment readiness and delivery using JIRA.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage QA and testing activities for ACI MTS projects including implementation, migration, enhancements, and upgrades.
•Define and own QA strategy, test approach, test plans, test data strategy, and execution governance for MTS engagements.
•Validate payment message formats and end-to-end workflows across SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, pacs, camt, CHIPS, and Fedwire messaging.
•Prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases for MTS components for new Direct Members (DM) and Clearing and Settlement Mechanisms (CSM).
•Coordinate defect triage, retesting, fixes validation, and closure; track and report testing status, risks, and quality metrics using JIRA.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of QA/testing experience, ideally in banking, payments, or financial technology domains.
•Strong hands-on knowledge of ACI Money Transfer System (MTS) and payment processing applications.
•In-depth understanding of payment message flows, clearing and settlement processes, and financial messaging standards.
•Experience validating message formats using SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, CHIPS, Fedwire, pacs, and camt.
•Ability to lead testing activities and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders with strong defect management and reporting.
