Job Summary

Design and develop a GenAI agent platform, including agent runtime, orchestration, tool/function calling, prompt/workflow management, and memory/state handling. Optimize production performance with model/prompt tuning, retrieval quality, caching, throughput, and resilience. Build security, privacy, and compliance into platform features, and provide developer enablement through APIs/SDKs, templates, testing, and documentation. Evaluate emerging agent capabilities and translate them into practical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop the GenAI agent runtime, orchestration, tool/function calling, and prompt/workflow management.
•Manage agent memory/state and integration patterns using frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph where appropriate.
•Continuously monitor and optimize platform performance in production, including model selection, tuning, retrieval quality, caching, throughput, and resilience.
•Embed security, privacy, and compliance by design, including controls for data handling, access management, encryption, auditability, and safe tool use.
•Maintain and publish platform documentation and enablement assets (reference design, APIs/SDKs, templates, testing, developer guidance).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering (or related).
•2+ years of hand-on coding practice with strong Python, Java, or Golang, and experience using at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
•Ability to deploy and operate production services (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).
•Demonstrates an AI-native mindset using AI-driven approaches, including coding assistants, to improve productivity and quality.
•Knowledge of GenAI/LLMs, including MCP, RAG agentic workflows, and tool/function calling (a plus).
