Support the Lark Customer Success team by helping increase customers’ usage of Lark, creating clear onboarding/training materials, and improving the Japanese client experience (including UX improvements and reporting translation issues or bugs). Work with full-time teammates on short, impactful projects, contribute to user training, and help build simple applications with manuals to improve customer work efficiency.

•Build simple applications and write user manuals to improve work efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Prior internship experience in the SaaS industry (preferred) and/or hands-on customer success or client-facing internship experience (preferred).
