Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; diagnose issues using data across makes and models.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Order parts and maintain complete, timely daily electronic documentation (work orders).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Travel to customer job sites when required and maintain the service vehicle in a clean, professional manner.

Key Requirements
