Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets within existing architectural patterns.
  • •Provide production support by triaging outages, broken automation, and access issues, resolving or escalating within SLA.
  • •Maintain LeanData routing graphs (Lead, Contact, Account) as business changes.
  • •Run the enrichment stack day to day, including Clay and PDL workbook upkeep, credit monitoring, and CRM hygiene.
  • •Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead routing configuration, and partner on CPQ and order-to-cash integration tickets with Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 7 years in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems with strong admin fundamentals including flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts.
  • •Experience with sandbox-to-production change management and production-safe delivery.
  • •Comfort owning day-to-day admin, ticket triage, and production support without it feeling like a downgrade.
  • •Ability to catch issues in sandbox before shipping and ensure your changes don’t break production.
