Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily preventive and corrective maintenance on feed mill equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment issues, following SOPs, maintenance instructions, GMPs, and safety practices.
  • •Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to support troubleshooting and repairs.
  • •Support and continuously improve Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs, ensuring scheduled PMs are completed and documented.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports in the CMMS/CAM system, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and ISO 14001.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, engineering, or food manufacturing.
  • •Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial maintenance engineering principles.
  • •Welding and electrical skills, including experience with 3-phase power (480 volts).
  • •Knowledge of PLC automation systems and the ability to read and apply engineering drawings/blueprints/schematics.
