Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, execute, and launch complex TA programs and cross-functional PX initiatives, including recruiting process optimization, interviewer enablement, hiring capacity planning, and candidate experience.
  • •Define program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and success measures; maintain integrated plans and proactively manage risks and decisions.
  • •Assess and optimize end-to-end TA processes (intake through preboarding and recruiting operations), mapping current/future workflows to improve speed, quality, consistency, compliance, and experience.
  • •Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption and long-term sustainability, including communications, engagement, training, enablement, and reinforcement.
  • •Establish governance and operating rhythms; maintain program artifacts and use quantitative/qualitative data to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading complex programs, process improvements, transformations, or organizational change within Talent Acquisition, HR, People Operations, Operations, or a related environment.
  • •Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a high-growth environment.
  • •Strong program and project management skills, including planning, governance, risk/dependency management, execution, and performance measurement.
  • •Experience supporting Talent Acquisition programs and a working understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and stakeholder needs.
  • •Hands-on change management experience, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training/enablement, adoption, and reinforcement.
