Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and originate Specialty Finance Lending facilities, including direct marketing, targeted prospecting, and participation in new and existing transactions.
  • •Lead end-to-end SFL execution: sourcing, structuring, pricing, proposal development, due diligence, underwriting, documentation, negotiation, closing, and ongoing facility management.
  • •Grow the portfolio by meeting AUM and fee targets while maintaining appropriate portfolio risk tolerances, including new and renewed commitments and fee opportunities.
  • •Develop and penetrate new markets through research, market/channel evaluation, and preparation of position papers/white papers for internal review and presentations as needed.
  • •Assist in or lead syndication activities, educate/train syndication partners, and mentor and train junior sales personnel.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 345,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required with concentration in business or finance; MBA preferred.
  • •15+ years of corporate finance, lending, and leasing experience, including 5+ years focused on providing structured specialty lending facilities.
  • •10+ years of senior-level financial sales and business development with a proven track record of success.
  • •Broad capital markets knowledge of lease-related asset-based lending and structured debt placement.
  • •Strong risk assessment, structuring, remedial management, documentation/negotiation, and communication skills.
