Job Summary

Oversee the Company’s federal, state, and local tax function, leading strategy, tax accounting, compliance, planning, and audit management. Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and annual provisions under ASC 740, govern tax-risk controls (including Sarbanes-Oxley 404), and advise senior leadership on complex tax issues, effective tax rate forecasts, and transactions. Lead, recruit, and develop the Tax team while partnering across Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting to integrate tax into business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct day-to-day tax operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely tax filings and reports across all jurisdictions.
•Oversee quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740, including deferred tax analysis, uncertain tax positions, and financial statement disclosures.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the Tax team, including performance feedback, development plans, and succession planning.
•Present complex tax issues and effective tax rate forecasts and strategies to senior management.
•Ensure tax compliance with internal controls over financial reporting (Sarbanes-Oxley 404), manage audits and negotiations with tax authorities, and support tax due diligence for acquisitions and restructuring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,200 - 360,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
•15+ years of progressively responsible tax experience, including both public accounting and in-house experience at a publicly traded company.
•Advanced knowledge of ASC 740 and US federal and state tax concepts.
•Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing associates.
•CPA, JD, LLM, or Master’s degree strongly preferred. Expertise in corporate tax technology systems. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
