Job Summary

Deliver exceptional consumer service in-store, using the C.H.A.R.M. service model and supporting promotions, events, and store goals. Help with product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stock room management. Execute daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards. Partner with Store Management to improve personal KPIs and follow Asset Protection procedures for shortage prevention and inventory control.
