Store Manager

Lead end-to-end store operations while driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through retail staff. Ensure exceptional customer service, coach and guide the team, and maintain up-to-date product and fashion knowledge to anticipate customer needs. Implement store operating procedures and brand policies, manage stockrooms to minimize stock loss, uphold visual merchandising standards, and actively promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Provide feedback to area and operations managers and supervise store security.
