Key Responsibilities

•Sales & KPI Monitoring: Support achievement of regional sell-out targets and LFL growth at store level and track store KPIs (CR%, UPT, ATV, traffic conversion, productivity).
•Operational Execution & Compliance: Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, SOPs, retail initiatives, and compliance with merchandising, staffing, and training.
•Inventory & Trading Follow-Up: Monitor store inventory health, track replenishment and stock risks, and support sell-through improvement initiatives.
•Customer & Account Sales Coordination: Maintain regular communication with customer store management, coordinate with Account Sales, and assist in performance review materials.
•Reporting & Process Discipline: Prepare weekly/monthly performance tracking reports and ensure data accuracy in dashboards while following governance processes.
