Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Salesforce Product Manager to align the Salesforce platform with business objectives by architecting scalable solutions.
  • •Design and customize Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud Plus and apply industry best practices.
  • •Configure CRMA analytics dashboards, manage data recipes, and determine when Apex code is needed versus low-code/no-code options.
  • •Develop automations and integrations, including Salesforce automation tools and connections to external applications via REST/SOAP with OAuth/SSO.
  • •Support end users, maintain technical documentation, and migrate changes from development/testing to production with smoke testing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferably CS/IT/Computer Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong Salesforce customization/configuration experience, preferably in Sales Cloud, with Government Cloud experience preferred.
  • •Hands-on development using Salesforce tools and code including Apex, Triggers, scheduled/batch classes, Flow, approvals, and validation/assignment rules.
  • •Integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SSO; plus knowledge of SDLC/DevOps tools like JIRA and CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
