Operations Manager

Lead and manage the Collateral Processing team to ensure timely, accurate processing of collateral tasks across the loan life cycle. Oversee operational procedures, service standards, quality controls, and compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. Use dashboards and performance metrics to identify trends and risks, drive workflow optimization and automation to reduce operational risk, and support audits, reporting, and continuous improvements. Coach and develop team members while driving capacity planning and staffing.
