Key Responsibilities

•Represent your region & team by tracking, developing, and presenting regional wins, worries and blockers to cross-functional leadership with a strong point of view; proactively propose solutions for blockers.
•Lead Regional Growth by managing a distributed team of Supply Managers to retain hosts and expand host availability, driving GMV growth in-market.
•Portfolio Optimization by delivering the right mix of Experience supply, pricing, and quality across all tiers of Experiences in the right markets.
•Optimization & Retention Leadership: set the tone and strategy for account management, coaching hosts through their first 6-12 months on-platform and achieving regional KPIs.
•Tracking & Reporting: develop data and tracking systems, ensure data hygiene, and report performance trends to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Over 12 years of global field operations experience, including 5+ years managing high-performing teams in fast-scaling, matrixed environments across multiple continents.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
•Experience managing small to mid-sized regional teams
•Deep knowledge of what is happening in your region as it relates to travel, entertainment, pop culture, art, food & beverage and other hospitality trends.
•Proven track record of innovative problem-solving and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
