Data Analyst for D365 Transformation Program in Bengaluru (Whitefield). You will analyze data across ERP/CRM domains, leverage Excel/SQL and Power BI to generate insights, support data migration/transformation projects, and ensure data quality and governance across multi-source datasets in a finance/customer/operational context.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and interpret data across multiple source systems, ensuring accuracy and governance.
•Assist with ERP/CRM data migration or transformation initiatives and support data integration efforts.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to enable data-driven decision making.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs within finance, customer, and operations domains.
•Monitor data quality and provide recommendations to improve data structures and governance practices.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience in data analysis or data-related roles.
•Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
•Experience working with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (nice to have).
•Basic understanding of data structures, data quality, and data governance principles.
•Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar visualization platforms
