Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all financial activities to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Manage financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial disclosures for timely stakeholder updates.
  • •Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard assets, mitigate financial risks, and ensure governance compliance.
  • •Oversee implementation of financial systems and technologies, mentor the finance team, and provide financial guidance to department heads and project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, plus 2 years GCC experience (a plus).
  • •Advanced knowledge of financial principles, including accounting, financial analysis, and financial management.
  • •Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to develop strategic financial plans and support decision-making.
  • •Proficiency in financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements for accurate, compliant stakeholder reporting.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills is required.
