Branch Manager - Shorewood

Lead day-to-day operations of a branch by managing sales, service, and branch performance. Oversee customer portfolios for high-value consumer and business relationships, coach colleagues, and drive budgeted production goals through proactive calling and partner referrals. Maintain product and policy knowledge, ensure excellent customer service, and manage hiring, staffing, and recruitment processes. Ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while developing community and internal business partnerships.
