Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day delivery of projects and significant work packages, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • •Develop and maintain delivery plans; coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and monitor performance against time, cost, quality, and risk.
  • •Establish and maintain project controls and governance, including programme/progress management, financial/commercial management, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • •Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders; build relationships, manage interfaces/dependencies, and align outcomes to client objectives.
  • •Proactively manage risk and uncertainty, anticipate issues, implement mitigation/contingency actions, and direct/support project team members (where applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a client-facing Project Manager delivering high-value projects.
  • •A degree or appropriate PM qualifications.
  • •Awareness of NEC contracts.
  • •If not a member of a Professional Institution, ability and willingness to become one.
  • •Knowledge of UK planning processes (e.g., Development Consent Orders or Town and Country Planning Acts) or ability to learn quickly.
