Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify throughput and efficiency bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and develop and execute action plans with site leadership.
  • •Run weekly site performance reviews, reporting progress versus targets, and guide daily site manager huddles to set tone and priorities.
  • •Support continuous improvement projects, coach reconditioning leadership through development plans and competency-based feedback, and ensure health, safety, and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of 50+ associates with a track record of developing employees.
  • •Strong root cause analysis skills to solve urgent operational challenges and execute action plans.
  • •Must be open to relocation nationwide (ideally) or at minimum regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast).
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years; must read, write, speak, and understand English.
