  • •Coordinate with Field Service Coordinators, Service Center Coordinators, and Distribution Centers to ensure accurate labor, material, and logistics inputs.
  • •Confirm technician requirements, service locations, scheduling constraints, and scope details such as site requirements, skill levels, duration, and parts availability.
  • •Validate non-standard or replacement components with ATS and AMDC before quote release and ensure Credit/Trade Compliance requirements are met.
  • •Maintain revision history and audit traceability across OneCRM, One4AL, OneService, ServiceNow, and other systems; support margin analysis by identifying cost variances or missing scope info.
