Serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customers’ financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and related banking products. Provide accurate transaction processing and excellent service while educating customers on products and technology. Build relationships through disciplined follow-up, outbound outreach, and referral sourcing, and deepen partnerships by directing customers to other bank areas while following all risk, security, and regulatory policies.
