Job Summary

Lead a team of account executives to expand Vyne Dental’s presence in the dental technology market. Own revenue goals by building and executing data-driven sales plans, coaching reps, and using sales metrics to improve win rates and reduce cycle time. Ensure consistent adoption of sales processes (prospecting, demos, closing) and drive tool usage with Domo, Chili Piper, and CRM systems. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success while reporting performance to the VP of Sales.

•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account executives to achieve individual and team sales quotas.
•Conduct regular coaching and training to ensure the team understands the Vyne Dental product suite and value proposition.
•Develop and execute data-driven sales plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
•Analyze sales metrics to optimize the sales process, improve win rates, and reduce sales cycle time.
•Ensure adoption of sales processes and tools (prospecting, qualifying, demos, closing; Domo, Chili Piper, and CRM) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales strategy.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in dental, healthcare, or technology.
•Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
•Proven success in a sales leadership role, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and lead a team.
•Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools; highly analytical, data-driven decision-making.
