•Deliver high performance standards across relevant projects and develop best-practice models for maintaining quality.
•Facilitate calibration meetings with stakeholders and provide feedback on execution and implementation.
•Perform daily audits, analyze errors, and provide feedback to relevant teams; compile and deliver performance reports.
•Conduct regular RCA escalations and identify areas for performance improvement across relevant markets, proactively proposing solutions.
•Support policy briefings, queue moderation/knowledge quizzes, and design or help implement training plans and onboarding SOPs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
•High proficiency in Turkish for written and oral communication with Turkish markets; fluency in English for working language.
•Familiarity with the business logic of labeling and the working modes of upstream and downstream teams.
•Ability to collaborate comfortably with a broad range of XFN partners in complex, ambiguous situations.
•Fast learner able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
