Key Responsibilities

  • •Support ambulatory and provider/payer workflows by executing assigned Epic application tasks efficiently.
  • •Deliver support, testing, workflow analysis, build preparation, enhancements, and documentation activities with moderate supervision.
  • •Lead upgrades, updates, validation, incident resolution, and client-specific activities to maintain system reliability and compliance.
