Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the CI team (planning, coaching, development, and performance assessment).
  • •Implement and promote ECIS throughout all factory layers to strengthen and sustain CI practices.
  • •Coordinate ECIS projects, Rapid Improvement Events, and Kaizen activities, including building business cases and monitoring results.
  • •Set up CI training and mentoring plans to grow CI competencies; conduct self-assessments and prioritize improvement initiatives with leadership.
  • •Facilitate the annual Cost Out program and ensure realization and transparent reporting of annual ECIS KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed HBO/WO education, preferably in Process management, (Technical) Business Administration, Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Proven people leadership experience (required).
  • •Experience with culture change and/or change management (preferred).
  • •Demonstrable LEAN/CI experience (at least Green Belt) and involvement in larger improvement initiatives in production or assembly environments (preferred).
  • •Fluent command of Dutch and English (written and spoken).
