Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and optimize intelligent agent systems for e-commerce governance workflows including risk detection, risk assessment, appeal handling, and root cause analysis.
  • •Build and maintain a multi-agent collaboration framework for orchestration, execution, and closed-loop governance.
  • •Develop AI agent capabilities using large language models to support automated moderation, decision-making, case attribution, and issue investigation.
  • •Design and implement end-to-end agent workflows covering task triggering, feature retrieval, strategy evaluation, enforcement, appeal processing, and governance lifecycle management.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, design AI-driven governance solutions, and continuously optimize agent performance and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong Python programming skills with software engineering and system design fundamentals.
  • •Familiarity with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and their APIs, plus prompt engineering and AI agent development.
  • •Experience with LLM tool calling, agent task decomposition, and multi-agent system design.
  • •Preferred: understanding of e-commerce governance processes such as risk detection, moderation, appeals, case review, and RCA.
