Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the end-to-end offer and pre-hire process from offer acceptance through start date, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding.
  • •Manage offer activity globally and coordinate required steps and approvals from acceptance through start date.
  • •Prepare, review, and issue offer documentation, contracts, and addenda using approved templates and regional guidance.
  • •Coordinate pre-hire activities including background checks, work authorization, references, and other market-specific requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate HR system data and documentation (ATS, HRIS, screening platforms, digital signature tools), identifying delays/discrepancies and resolving or escalating issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or a similar process-driven role, ideally in a global environment.
  • •Proven ability to manage deadline-driven processes with multiple collaborators, regions, and time zones.
  • •Confidence working with HR and recruiting systems such as ATS, HRIS, background screening, and digital signature tools.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, supportive style for candidates and internal partners.
  • •Strong integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and employee data with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
