Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with manufacturing, operations, quality, and IT stakeholders to understand current-state processes and future-state MES needs.
  • •Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements for Ignition-based MES solutions.
  • •Translate operational use cases into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for MES-Lite deployments.
  • •Support configuration and deployment of Ignition MES modules including production dispatch/execution, production tracking, performance analytics (OEE), and inventory execution.
  • •Coordinate testing and adoption by supporting end-to-end user acceptance testing, role-based training, go-live (RAID log/hypercare), and post go-live stabilization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing, industrial IT, or MES environments.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including production execution, OEE/performance metrics, downtime tracking, and quality processes.
  • •Experience in IT/OT integrated environments translating shopfloor processes into clear requirements.
