Job Summary

Serve as an onsite HR business partner supporting both salaried and hourly employees at the Wichita Falls facility. You’ll foster positive employee and labor relations, monitor engagement risks, and drive compliance across HR policies and EH&S requirements. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruiting/retention, and internal investigations, while streamlining site HR processes. Bring strong communication, integrity, and HR analytics skills using Workday and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

•Build relationships with employees and leaders to provide HR advice and counsel, coach on workplace concerns, and support respectful, productive interactions.
•Monitor engagement risks and drive employee engagement strategy using tools such as employee surveys; support site-wide engagement initiatives.
•Drive HR compliance and standardization across HR and company practices, including compliance with applicable regulations and EH&S policies.
•Serve as the HR site focal for the FAA Drug & Alcohol Program for hourly and salaried employees.
•Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruiting and retention; conduct internal investigations with Ethics and recommend action plans; streamline and standardize site-level HR processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 8 years of progressive HR experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of progressive HR experience.
•Experience as a strategic HR business partner, including in a manufacturing environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and coach leaders without direct supervisory responsibilities.
•Professional maturity and integrity when handling confidential information.
•Fluency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint).
