Key Responsibilities

  • •Build relationships with employees and leaders to provide HR advice and counsel, coach on workplace concerns, and support respectful, productive interactions.
  • •Monitor engagement risks and drive employee engagement strategy using tools such as employee surveys; support site-wide engagement initiatives.
  • •Drive HR compliance and standardization across HR and company practices, including compliance with applicable regulations and EH&S policies.
  • •Serve as the HR site focal for the FAA Drug & Alcohol Program for hourly and salaried employees.
  • •Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruiting and retention; conduct internal investigations with Ethics and recommend action plans; streamline and standardize site-level HR processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 8 years of progressive HR experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • •Experience as a strategic HR business partner, including in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and coach leaders without direct supervisory responsibilities.
  • •Professional maturity and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • •Fluency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint).
