Job Summary

Provide financial and Earned Value Management (EVM) support for large aerospace and defense Engineering & Manufacturing Development programs. Own EVMS development and compliance, support planning/budgeting/resource allocation, and produce integrated program management reports (IPMDAR) including CPI, SPI, and EACs. Maintain RPLAN forecasting, support baseline reviews (IBRs/ISRs), validate CDRLs, and serve as financial point of contact coordinating across Program Management and functional teams using Excel and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and maintain Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
•Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for externally reported programs, including preparation and review of quarterly EACs.
•Prepare and deliver Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDAR) and monitor program performance metrics (CPI, SPI, EACs).
•Update RPLAN forecasts and analyze program performance impacts on Bookings, Sales, Profit, and Cash (BSPC); support IBRs and ISRs.
•Serve as financial point of contact for Program Management, coordinate with functional organizations, and perform trend analysis, compliance audits, and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
•Knowledge of government Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance.
•Experience using EVM tools such as PMX, SAP, PRISM, and Program Metrics.
•Experience with Microsoft Excel, including Analysis for Office (AO).
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
