Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full lifecycle of large events from contract signing to final closing.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
  • •Own and drive the end-to-end process by coordinating tasks across departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Communicate product and process needs to HQ and collaborate with product/engineering to prioritize requirements.
  • •Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to support the user support team and ensure documentation for project goals.
