Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the chef de poste and replace him when needed to direct the operators’ team and run plant operations optimally and safely.
  • •Coordinate with the Production service to align manufacturing output with business, plant, and team objectives.
  • •Execute manufacturing programs provided by Planning and perform required loading/unloading and packaging-related operations.
  • •Monitor the process and take measurements needed to ensure safe and high-quality manufacturing; identify failures and correct deviations.
  • •During shift absence, participate in daily production meetings; collect and record production indicators and launch work following LCS standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the chemical industry with CAIC/TEFIC knowledge (or equivalent).
  • •Strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
  • •Leadership, initiative, and innovation.
  • •Supervision knowledge of Delta V.
  • •Updated CACES forklift permit (types 2b and 3) is an advantage.
