Job Summary

Collaborate with account and delivery leaders to analyze operational challenges and identify process improvement opportunities. Design automation and optimization solutions using internal platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform and M365 Copilot, and build business cases with ROI, cost-benefit, and risk assessments. Drive governance and approvals aligned with compliance and transformation goals, while defining KPIs and reporting project progress to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Account Leaders and Delivery Managers to understand operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
•Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation or optimization solutions using internal platforms.
•Create business cases with ROI analysis, cost-benefit evaluation, and risk assessment to support project initiation and funding.
•Drive approval processes with internal governance teams, ensuring alignment with compliance, audit, and transformation goals.
•Define KPIs, track project outcomes, and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation within a BPS or shared services environment.
•Strong understanding of operational metrics, efficiency levers, and cost optimization strategies.
•Ability to translate business pain points into technical or process solutions.
•Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, M365 Copilot, or similar internal automation tools.
•Experience creating business cases, financial models, and project charters; knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks is a plus.
