Job Summary

Support Customer Care Operations automation projects by partnering with SMEs and technical teams to identify opportunities for AI and robotic process automation (RPA). Help detail business processes and requirements, coordinate testing and deployments, and monitor automation performance for continuous improvement. Troubleshoot solution issues, ensure initiatives align with customer experience objectives and governance/regulatory standards, and communicate updates across the automation lifecycle.

•Partner with Customer Care SMEs, technical teams, and Enterprise AI/RPA support groups to identify automation opportunities.
•Assist in detailing business processes and requirements to deliver AI and RPA solutions that streamline operations.
•Coordinate and support business testing, deployment, and post-implementation improvements.
•Monitor automation performance, track key measurements, and document opportunities for continuous improvement.
•Troubleshoot solution issues and work with internal/external partners to support timely resolution.

•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
