Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct industry research, market analysis, and benchmarking studies to support thought leadership initiatives.
  • •Develop white papers, articles, reports, presentations, and other strategic publications under the guidance of the Associate Director.
  • •Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor insights, and emerging industry trends.
  • •Support the development of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and research-based insights.
  • •Assist in preparing executive-level materials and support proposal development and business pursuits with relevant market insights.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or postgraduate qualification in Construction Management, Strategy, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (PG from NICMAR preferred).
  • •Experience in consulting, infrastructure, real estate, digital infrastructure, technology, or professional services sectors.
  • •Knowledge of emerging market trends, industry intelligence, and strategic planning methodologies.
  • •Exposure to proposal development, business case preparation, and service offering development.
