Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a front-end loader to feed crushers, screens, hoppers, and conveyors with aggregate material.
  • •Load customer trucks and maintain accurate load quantities.
  • •Build, maintain, and reclaim aggregate stockpiles safely and efficiently.
  • •Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections; report maintenance needs and monitor equipment performance.
  • •Follow production schedules and safety/regulatory requirements, maintain housekeeping, and participate in safety meetings and training.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • •Previous experience operating front-end loaders, haul trucks, or other heavy equipment (preferred).
  • •Experience in aggregate, quarry, mining, construction, or related industries (preferred).
  • •Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills (asset).
  • •Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and perform equipment inspections to identify maintenance concerns.
