Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Equipment and engineering teams to drive equipment performance continuous improvements.
  • •Assess and audit capacity of workstations in strategic and tactical timeframes, identifying throughput opportunities and risks to meet cycle time and business plan goals.
  • •Support new technology node and new part-type line readiness matrix, including constraint management/improvements and area MAS scheduling.
  • •Coordinate tool qualification, release and install requirements, and maintenance priorities; roll out plans to shift teams.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional groups on AI adoption, yield/quality improvement, and develop training plans and team capabilities in AI-assisted, data-driven decision-making.
