Workshop Supervisor

Supervise workshop operations by translating service department strategies into day-to-day work, ensuring compliance with Daimler workshop process, warranty regulations, JIPCO policies, and service SOPs. Drive technician performance toward sold hours targets and fixed-to-first-visit quality rates, while improving after-sales service through upselling and productivity initiatives. Manage workshop housekeeping, tools/equipment, Xentry updates, and security, and support training needs analysis and technician job allocation based on skill sets.
